For short stay we take an extra charge! For 1 night € 10.00 per person and for 2 to 4 nights € 5.00 per person per day. The 3rd person in a triple room does not receive a discount. This surcharge also applies to the apartments.
Cleaning fee holiday apartment
The end of stay cleaning fee for the holiday apartment is EURO 100.00 for a period till 10 nights. Longer stays are subject to a cleaning of EURO 160.00.
Retainer for holiday apartments
A cash retainer of EURO 200.00 is payable for each holiday apartment upon check-in.
The retainer will be returned upon check-out unless damage has been found in the unit.
In the event of damage, settlement will be effect in cash and on site. This also includes any loss of hotel-keys.
Hotel keys:
- Room key without fob, each EURO 60,00
- Fob: EURO 38,00
In case of above-average contamination of the apartment(s), EURO 200.00 of the cash deposit will be withheld. More information you find in the GTCs.

By making a written reservation, you declare your agreement with our terms and conditions, thus concluding a legally binding accommodation contract.
Any changes to your booked accommodation must be communicated to Mrs. Marien immediately before check-in (ex: later arrival, earlier departure, fewer persons, exact age of children under 16 years, etc.)
